2025 ZTT Innovation & Entrepreneurship Conference Honored ZTT Women of Excellence

ZTT recently hosted the 2025 ZTT Innovation & Entrepreneurship Conference.The conference spotlighted strategic innovation plans across our business units and highlighted key entrepreneurial projects that are shaping ZTT’s future. We also celebrated achievements in advanced innovation, digital and green transformation, and the application of breakthrough technologies and management practices.    A particularly meaningful moment was the recognition of ZTT Women of Excellence Award—a new award established this year to honor the impact of women across our organization.

ZTT is a passionate advocate for gender equality within our industry, and we believe that empowering women means unlocking powerful potential—and we are committed to building a culture where female talent can thrive, lead, and shape the future of innovation.

In his address, CEO Xue Chi congratulated all the winners and called for deeper integration of science, entrepreneurship, and global standards.

“True transformation begins with the courage to break boundaries and the wisdom to reshape ecosystems,” he said.
